I have the correct licence installed in the application.start handler, but I still get the TRIAL VERSION message in the PDF reports.
What am I missing ? I also have the EO.web licence installed in the same handler. EO.web works correctly.

Hi,
There are only two possibilities why the license is not working:
1. The license code is not called. You can add a log entry or use a debugger to verify that;
2. The license code and your DLL version does not match. Your EO.Pdf license is for EO.Pdf 2013. So your EO.Pdf.dll should have a major version number 5. If you see other versions of EO.Pdf.dll, then it won't work for you.
