We have an asp.net web application that when user click a button triggers server to execute PdfDocument.Merge to selected list of pdf files. Recently, there is one user that when she clicks the button, the resulting merged pdf is corrupted (appears blank with some unintelligible marks near the end page). This one user is the only one experiencing this issue. Other users are able to merge successfully. The merge codes are server-side codes. Any idea? The EO.Pdf.dll is listed as version 3.0.124.2. Thank you.

Hi,
You have a rather old version. You may want to try the latest build and see if it works. Over the years we have received a lot of test files, some of them are relatively rare scenarios, and some of them have minor errors. So the new version is able to handle those cases much better. If the problem still occurs with the new version, then you can send us the PDF files in question and we will be happy to take a look.
Note that you may need to upgrade your license in order to use the current version. If you can let us know your previous order number, we will be able to tell you the upgrade cost.
Thanks!
