No. We are not aware of any specific compatibility issues. In fact Highchart is a good SVG based chart solution that produces very good result with our converter because we handle SVG rendering in vector format. There are a lot of things that can trigger this problem --- this is basically a crash that you would see with a regular browser. In order to trace such error, we have to reproduce the problem in our test environment so that we can debug it against our source code.
