Styling issue in the Calendar control when using IE11: TodayStyle, SelectedDayStyle, HoverDayStyle don't see to render the bottom border for "Style 3" template.
This can be observed by viewing /Demos/Calendar/Designs/Style 3 on the demo site.

IE version: 11.0.9600.16518, compatibility mode is NOT enabled.

When compat. mode is enabled, the calendar renders correctly.
