Hi,
Just want to ask if there are any testing performed that would justify that EO.WEB UI Controls can interoperate with other .NET UI Controls (like Telerik) specially for the callback function.
Thanks.

Hi,
No. Both us and telerik releases update very often, and there are so many other third party UI controls out there. So it is not practical for us to maintain such documentations with every third party vendor.
If your focus is on the callback function, I would recommend you to use ASP.NET AJAX. That is from Microsoft so everyone third party controls vendor has to support it. I know we support it, I am sure telerik supports it as well. So that will be your safest option.
Thanks!

Thank you very much.
May I ask another question?
Our ITpersonnel used some of Telerik UI control functionalities to EO.WEB version 2011 and the callback function failed; though certain functionalities worked. Does this mean that the EO.WEB version 2011 cannot support it?
Thank you very much.

Hi,
As we have already mentioned, we do not do compatibility test against other third party controls. Not only it's not practical for us to maintain such test, when problem arises it's not clear who should change the code either. As such we are unable to answer your question. What you can try is to use the most recent build and see if it works for you, or as we suggested earlier, to use ASP.NET AJAX.
Thanks!

Thank you very much.
Can EO.WEB version 2003 fully supports ASP.NET AJAX?

Hi,
I believe EO.Web always supports ASP.NET AJAX. That's why I suggested you to use ASP.NET AJAX.
Thanks!
