Hi, we have a problem with callback on our website in IE10. It throws an error "Input string was not in a correct format". But it all works in Chrome or FireFox or even IE version below 10 so it doesn't make sense at all. Is there any known bug in the callback functionality for the IE10? I am not even sure where to start to look at as input is a simple textbox and it all works fine in all browsers but IE10.
Many Thanks

Hi,

No. We are not aware of any problem with Callback on IE 10. You may want to check whether you have an older version (obviously older version that was released before IE 10 was released weren't tested on IE 10). If you are using the latest version and the problem still occurs, you can try to isolate the problem into a test page and post the test page. Once we have that we will try to run it here and see what we can find.

Thanks!
