Greetings,
I would like to inquire about the possibility of acquiring a license fee only for the ASPXtoPDF control. We don't see the need to pay a 700$ license fee for a full license of controls we won't end up using anyway. I read somewhere here on these forums that there's a license fee of 99$ for it? Or is this an upgrade fee?
In any case, I would like to know how to acquire a license JUST for the ASPXtoPDF control if possible.

Hi,
ASPXToPDF is merely a wrapper for EO.Pdf and it uses almost all EO.Pdf features. As such you do need a full license for EO.Pdf, it's not that you are not using it anyway. You are using it, just not directly. ASPXToPDF is an free "add-on" for EO.Pdf that makes it easier for you to use EO.Pdf in an ASP.NET application. So it's not possible for you to just buy the "add-on" without buying the real engine.
The $99 fee was years ago for the very first version of EO.Pdf when it didn't have an HTML to PDF converter. The HTML to PDF converter, which is the very feature that you will be using, is now the core feature of EO.Pdf. The market price for a HTML to PDF converter does go at hundreds of dollars. Our price might be slightly more expensive than some of our competitors, but you can try it out and you will see the quality difference.
