Hi,
My question is related to EO dll being used in 64 bit application. We want to run our application in 64 bit mode and just wondering if the EO version (we have licensed version 7) is also available 64 bit so that there is no compatability issue.

Hi,
The same DLL should work for both 32 bit and 64 bit system.
However your version is very old. So it may not work well on newer system or newer browsers because it has never been tested on newer systems. Particularly many new browsers have been released after your version (IE 9, IE 10, IE 11, newer version of Chrome and FireFox). So you may need to purchase a new license again. We do offer upgrade discount for the past three versions. The older your version is, the less the discount. Unfortunately your version is too old to qualify any discount (the current version is 11, we have discount for 10, 9, 8).
Another benefit of purchasing a new license is tech support ---- we offer free tech support for one year after your purchase, which has already expired a long time ago for you. Purchasing a new license will start another year of free tech support for you.

Thanks for the quick reply. Since, we are still on IE 8, I guess it will work with 64 bit.
