Hi there.

My company is using your dialog and pop up calendar control on a page. When we leave the page (either by clicking a link or closing the browser) we get a javascript exception in eo_web.ashx that states:
"JavaScript runtime error: 'frame' is undefined"

I get this while running the application from Visual Studio 2012 on IE10 (I've tried it using IE7 mode in IE10 and get the same result). I can't seem to find any code that would cause this when the page unloads (i.e. there is nothing hooking the onbeforeunload event), so I'm at a loss to explain why this happens.

I've attached an image to show the exact error message and where it shows up:

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

We are not able to reproduce this problem. Can you try to isolate the problem into a test page and then post the test page? Once we have that we will try to run it here. Usually if we can reproduce the problem, we can tell you why.

Thanks!

Sorry, I haven't been able to get back to this until now.

Unfortunately I cannot post the page in question. But at this point it does not appear to be affecting our production code, so it's fine for the time being. If I discover a solution to the problem, I'll be sure to post it here.

Thanks.
