No License Manager with EO.Total? Options

Hello,
I am in the process of moving my development system to another PC. I found out that I can upgrade to EO.Web 2013, but I can't find the download. I DL'd the EO.Total, but it does not have a license manager as indicated in the directions in the link to my license key.

Please advise me on the process necessary to get EO.Web 2013 installed and working on my new PC.

Hi Dave,

Please ignore the instructions on the license key page. The current EO.Total build does not use developer key as such the instructions on the license key page is wrong. We will correct that as soon as possible.
