File uploader with resize Options

A file uploader that can resize the image (if it is one), to height/width properties specified keeping the aspect ration if required.

Uploader also sees if file already exists and either overwrites or renames depending on option in properties.

This can be done in code with the existing uploader, but having it all in one control would be very convenient.
