That's normal. For security reasons we do not load any third party plug-ins. Also even if we did load them, there would be no way for us to decide which frame to render. For example, if you have a Flash that starts out a white blank frame and then slide in several products, then in the PDF file you might get the first blank frame. Humans will sit there and wait until they seem something interesting and important. A program would not know which frame to capture.

For these reasons, you should consider modify your page to detect whether flash is installed, if it is installed, then play the flash, otherwise show a static image. In short, think our converter as a computer that does not have Flash installed.
