I had to change to a new machine for development.... I am now on Windows 7 - Virtual PC - XPMode = VS2003. The menus work but when trying to go into menu builder I get subject line message. An earlier post from someone indicated this is a licensing / install file issue.... Here is the content of my LIC file:

Hi,
You have a very old version of our product (more than 7 years old) which we no longer active maintain or support. You may want to try to reinstall the product to see if it fixes the problem, or consider switching to the new version. Please note the new version only runs on .NET 2.0 and above, so you will need at least VS2005 in order to use it.
