I have been using HTML to PDF for building reports in our application. I'm using manual page breaking, which is working fine when I have fixed-length sections, but I also have tables that are not fixed length and are getting split between pages and it doesn't look very good. I'm not sure if there is a way to solve this using HTML to PDF or whether using PDF Creator will help.

I have seen the documentation and am attempting to use those options. They work when I know in advance where to put the breaks, i.e. when I have fixed-height tables. But I am having trouble with tables that contain a variable number of rows with each row being variable height based on the contained text. Currently I have a border around the table and cells and so automatic page breaks break in the middle of the table and it doesn't look very good. If I were to remove the borders would the automatic page breaks be able to break correctly between rows? Or should I be using a different html structure, such as just paragraphs of text, to help the automatic page breaks determine the best point to break?

Hi,
Those are things we can't really decide for you. We do not offer coding or designing assistance here. So far you have only mentioned about "putting the breaks", there are also options that "prevent the breaks" and I am not sure if you have looked into that. If you haven't, I would suggest you to take a look of those. You have to start from what features are available to you and then try to reach what you want to achieve based on those features.
