Hi,
A couple of years ago our company purchased a license for EO.PDF. I'm trying to develop a new process and when I'm running and I'm getting the "Generated with EO.PDF" message on the bottom of the PDF. Last time this happened I had to get the latest version of EO.PDF and then it worked just fine. Our current version is 2.0.30.2, when I try to get the latest version 4.0.36.2 and use that I get an error "License 'License #' is not valid for this build." What should I be doing differently?

Hi,
You will have to either roll back your version of EO.Pdf.dll (let us know if you need the download location of your version), or place an upgrade order in order to use the current version. Can you let us know your order number so that we can give you the upgrade price?
