Grid Control Showing on top of popup Menu items Options

I am using the menu control and grid control on a page. Grid control is placed right below the menu. When I hover over menu to get to the popup menu items, the menu popup opens behind the grid control. Looks like the default z-index for the grid is higher than the menu control.

What is the best way to bring the popup menu items to show up over the grid, so users can access them?

I am using EO.WEB.dll file version 8.0.40.2

My issue is solved. I have set the z-index of my menu control to 10 and its working fine and showing on top of the grid.
