I'm using the eo controls v9. In this particulair case the AjaxUploader control. With my previous Mozilla Firefox version this uploader controls show just fine, but today a new Firefox update is installed automatically (13.0.1) and from that moment the underlying type=file control displays its textbox en commandbuttons on top of the other controls. In previous Firefox versions these controls where not visible, but now for example the pushbutton hovers over the Browsebutton and the textbox hovers over the UploaderTextbox.

I tested this with Google Chrome version 19: here the same problem.
Internet Explorer 9: everything is ok.
My collegua tested the site with Firefox 12: no problem. After updating to version 13.0.1 he experienced the same problems.

I hope you can help me out.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Please update to the latest version and see if it works for you. FireFox 13 broke the transparency feature which we have already worked around. Once you switch to the new version, you will also need to go to your license key page to download a new license file/key for the new version. It should be free to you.

Thanks!

Thnx for the quick response! Applause

I've updated the controls to the latest version (2012).
Now I'm having problems with the published website when opening te page with the AjaxUploader. The message is saying: AJAXUploader AJAXUploader1 requires a license.

From the website I purchased a new license (License manager). The button 'Verify via Web' gave me a new license string, but when I used this in the Global.asax file in the Application_Start() event, the application throws an error: Invalid License Key: License data provided bij AddLicense is invalid

Is there any possibility to purchase/download a new eo.web.licx file corresponding to the new version?
Or what am I doing wrong?

Please help. I tried the forum but cant find a plausible solution.

Hi,

You will need to go to your license key page to download a new license file from the "Redistribute Key" tab. If you do not know what that is or do not have access to that page, please contact the person who originally gave you the license key and ask him/her to download it for you.

Thanks!
