Hi
We have a web page with the Datepicker control on. It's installed at our customer, but is not working (in the source the EO-web tag is empty)
However we done a lot of experimentation to find out what's wrong.
And strangely enough the control works if we are using iphone and macbook. but not from windows and android machines.
Could you please provide an email address for me, so i can forward our test results to you.
I was unable to figure out how to do it from this page.

Hi,
We don't need your test result. We need to see the problem in order to tell you what's going on. This looks more like an issue of your Windows machine rather an issue of the server (and the control) since there is no reason our product doesn't work on Windows (otherwise our support forum would be flooded by user complains since the vast majority of our customers use Windows). If you have the site online you can PM us the Url of the page that's having problem. Once we have that we can take a look. Usually as soon as we can see the problem, we can tell you why.
