I'm new licensed user of EO PDF. Experiencing problem with custom fonts while converting html to pdf. I already visited the below post

http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst6153_Problem-with-custom-fonts-in-the-pdf-from-html.aspx

Fonts are correctly installed on the server, and we are providing the correct names of fonts, but the PDF creator is not picking the custom fonts.

In windows fonts folder, the font name is ITC Caslon 224 Std with OpenType Layout, TrueType Outlines
Can you please check what might be the issue.

Thanks!

Hi,

We will need you to send us a small test project as well as the font you use so that we can take a look. We will PM you as to where to send the test project.

Thanks!

Hi,

We have looked into your sample file. The reason is because you did not set BaseUrl, which causes your CSS file to be completely ignored by the converter. See here for more details about BaseUrl:

Thanks

Hi,

Setting up the BaseUrl doesn't help. I'm going to send the test application again by setting up the BaseUrl and removing the css from the css file but referencing from the base url. The reason it wasn't before, because in real app I'm using an alternate by providing the full path to css in html as <link type='text/css' rel='Stylesheet' href='http//base_url/css/styles.css' />. But it's good to know about the BaseUrl as well.

Thanks!
