I have a DatePicker and I'm wondering how to highlight the text when a user clicks in each area such as Month, Date, and specifically the time parts. I noticed that with the online demo of the control as soon as I click in the DatePicker the highlighting takes place, but it does not in my project. I am using version 7.0.41.2.

Hi,
I believe this is because you have an older version running on a newer browser. You do not need to do anything in order to highlight the text, however almost every new browser breaks something and we had to fix or workaround it. So you may want to try the current version and see if it resolves the issue for you.

I suspected that might have something to do with it. I'll give it a try.. Does my license apply to the latest version or will I need to purchase an upgrade? Thanks.

Hi,
No. Your license does not cover the latest version. Your license is for EO.Web Controls 2009 and it would cover any builds released within one year of your purchase date. We will PM you the latest build that you can use shortly so that you can try that first.
