ComboBox.AllowCustomText Property not working Options

I have set the allowcustomtext property to false and when I test it it works fine but one I deploy it in to production the user is able to type into the combobox. Is there something I'm misssing?

My bad. I moved to a new dev environment and didn't update my publish location.
