ASPXToPDF asp.net fileupload control becomes "localized string not found" Options

When the asp.net page has an asp.net fileupload control on it, the file input box and the browse button rendered by that control both display as "localized string not found" when converted to a PDF using the ASPXToPDF control.

I pared a page down to nothing but the fileupload control and the ASPXToPDF control, and the result was the same.

Is this a known issue? Is there a way to work around this?
