Unable to resolve type '<license>' Options

I'm getting the following build error after installing EO.Web Controls 2010 on a new computer. The development project is under ..\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\ITProductRenewals (which is the name of the project). I have obtained a new eo_web.licx file for V8.0 and copied it to the \bin folder. The eo_web.licx file refers to the Version 8.0 controls. I have also copied EO.Web.dll from the Program Files(x86)\Essential Objects\EO.Web Controls 8.0 (2010)\Net20 folder to the \bin folder of the development project. The 25-digit Developer key has been entered into License Manager. Is there a way to fix this problem?

You have just posted the complete contents of your license file publically in the forum. As a result, we have revoked your license key. We will provide you a new license key to you tomorrow. However if you do this again, we will permanmently disabled your license key and then you have to purchase a new key.

To resolve your original problem, you should not include the license file as part of your project.
