Hello,

I have read many articles on settings to make on my Windows 2003 Server, IIS for the problem website, web.config settings and implemented these suggestions. I am still having upload failure at about 18 megabytes / 3 minutes of upload time. Is there a limitation on the trial verison (I haven't activated this module yet although I have purchased it)? Do you have any ideas what might be going on?

Hi,

We have a new build that should fix this issue. However you will need to update your license in order to use this new build (because its EO.Web Controls 2011, and your order is for 2008). We currently offer 40% off discount to upgrade from your version. Please let us know if you are interested.

Thanks!

Hello. I put in an email yesterday to see how I could get an upgrade processed. I am wondering if I could use the upgrade against the full EO Web Suite. If you could let me know how to purchase this as soon as possible that would be great. I have folks waiting for this project.

Hi,

I believe we have already replied your email yesterday with detailed instructions on how to do that. Please let us know if you have received the email.

Thanks!

Hello.

I found the email you sent. I went to purchase the product and entered the code. The payment amount was adjusted and reflected on the product selection page. However, when I clicked continue, the price was not adjusted on the final review before payment.

Any ideas?

You may want to try a different browser or machine. We haven't changed our ordering system for years and we are not aware of such problems.

Hello.
I've made the purchase and am downloading the newest version of EO for the Web. When I install this do I just overwrite the old and then make sure that the reference is VS are correct? Also, what settings do I need to look at to make sure that my large file uploads correctly. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Please use the new build we sent to you (see your private message for the download location) instead of from our download page. Other than that you don't need to change anything.

Thanks

It is still freezing at 18 megs. The same exact spot it was freezing before. Any ideas?

In that case you can try to setup a test site with a simple page with only the AJAXUploader control and give us the page Url. We will try to access it from here and see what we can find.

Thanks!

Hello.

I installed 9.3 prior to installing using the link you provided. Even though I uninstalled it previous to installing 9.43 it still kep a local copy of the old dll in my project. After a little messing around I found that all I needed to do was refresh the dll in the VS Solution Window. I opened the /bin directory, right click on the dll and clicked Refresh. After that it is working. I will continue to test but I think the problem is resolved. Thanks for your help.
