My issue is similar to a previous topic Error 500.22 CallBack PAnel and ProgressBar. When the app pool Pipeline is set to Integrated I get a 500.22 error, and when I change the app pool Pipeline to Classic, I get a 401.2 error.

I am using the Menu, TabStrip, and MultiPage controls.

As written in your documentation I had this line in my Web.config file:
<httpModules>
<add name="EOWebRuntime" type="EO.Web.Runtime,EO.Web"/>
</httpModules>

Can you provide any direction as this is related to the EO objects?

Thanks

Hi,

I am not sure whether this has anything to do with us. If you believe the problem is related to us, please try to isolate the problem into a test page and then post the test page as well as detailed step by step instruction on how to reproduce the problem. Once we have that we will be happy to investigate further.

Thanks!

Hi,

You really have to isolate the problem and demonstrate the problem is related to us first. We don't do guess work here.

Thanks!

Hi,

We do not answer such questions because doing so would just encourage you to run through us whenever you run into any kind of problems with your own application. If you suspect there is an issue related to us, create a test application and provide detailed step by step instructions to reproduce it. We will only investigate after that.

Thanks

This support is becoming comical....

You and I both know that your objects do not run in Integrated Pipeline mode and it throws a 500.22 error. Why can't you drop the god complex and just answer the question...

I am not going to leave this alone until you confirm.

Hi,

We have temporarily suspended your account. You need to understand that the support forum is our property and you must follow our rules. We do not investigate an issue just because you thought it would be easier for us to investigate first. In another word, you must do your part first. We have warned you multiple times but you do not appear to be willing to do that. As a result, your account has been suspended. If you have a different questions and wish to continue receiving support, please use the contact us page to contact us through email. We will not reply again on this issue.

If you do not agree with us on our support policy and continue to abuse the system, we will be very happy to issue a full refund for your order and ask you to take your business elsewhere. We wanted to be very clear to you that while we do our best to offer the best possible support to our customers, we do not tolerate abusers.

Thanks
