HTMLTOPDF not rendering Radio Button & Check Boxes Options

Hi,
I have a demo version of EO.PDF, i am trying to use that in my sample application to convert HTML to PDF before purchasing it,
After using, the results were pretty good but the problem i am facing is i have few Radio Buttons & Check Boxes in my HTML, after converting that to PDF, i saw is Radio Buttons & Check Boxes are getting rendered properly on the first page of the PDF & from second page of the PDF those controls are not getting rendered properly, only the text is coming up, but not the control.
I have tried with the various options available, but in vain.

Please let me know the solution of this.

Hi,

Please download the latest build (build .95) from our download page. This was a bug that has already been fixed.
