Hello,

I have multiline TextBoxes on a HTML page. When I convert to PDF the empty ones are being transfered as empty spaces with the default textbox height. Is there a way to completely ignore empty multiline texboxes?

Thank You.

Hi,

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Are you saying that the textboxes are not rendered correctly? You can verify whether it's rendered correctly by loading the page with a Google Chrome or Safari first. Our rendering result is most close to these two browsers. If you see the page renders one way in the browser and renders another way in PDF, then please try to create a test page demonstrating the problem and post the test page. As soon as we have the test page we will be very happy to take a look.

If the page renders the same in your browser and in PDF, then the converter is working correctly. In that case if you want to change anything (for example, to ignore your textbox), you do it in your HTML.

Thanks!
