I am having problems with the repeat header functionality of thead.

This usually works correctly but when I have many tables then the thead starts to be ignored.

Some sample html:

notice that the third and the last table don't have their headers repeated.
Also I used tfoot because the bottom line from the last row of a page was always missing, now that seems to be back.

Any idea how I can avoid this problems. I really like you product but the header repeat is a must for me.
