I hope this is the correct forum for my question. In July I purchased EO for .NET and put on my developer's pc. He passed away two weeks ago and I need to put it on new developer's pc. Can I just download the file from here and use the original credentials provided?

Hi,

Sure. You can do that. Please note that officially we do not allow license transfer, however it seems to be a very reasonable to make an exception for your case.
