Image is about 600k and the location of it is fine, but won't show up unless I drop down to 96 DPI or so. Do I need to adjust some of the options to give it more time to render? What am I missing? Using ConvertUrl to do the conversion

Hi,
We are not aware of any problems like that. If you use HTML to PDF, our early versions will convert the image to 96 DPI, while later builds will retain your original DPI. If you use the PDF Creator interface, then it should always retain your original DPI. In any case the image should render.
Please try to update to the latest build and see if problem continues. If the problem continues, please create a test page demonstrating the problem and post the test code/send us the test files. As soon as we have those we will run it here and see what we can find. Let us know if you need our email address to send the files.
Thanks!

Hi,
Figured it out, the jpgs were in CYMK mode, I had to change to RGB mode for them to appear correctly.
Thanks, Mike
