Hi,
Make sure you download the latest build from our download page. The only difference between Portrait and Landscape is the page size, which you would usually set through HtmlToPdf.Options.PageSize. However our early builds had a bug with different page size, which is fixed in the latest build.
Thanks!

I recently downloaded (~1month ago) build EO.Pdf 2011.2 - is this one fixed? also, once pagesize is changed, do headers and footers still work as in portrait? THX

OK. I must have the correct build because landscape is working fine now - thx. (pagesize and output area needed to be adjusted)

I am having trouble with PAGE NUMBERS in LANDSCAPE. Also, trouble with footer size & layout - Were these fixed by latest build? I downloaded latest build and these are still issues...? Thx

Hi,
We will not know exactly whether it is an issue that has not been fixed, or an issue that has been fixed (or thought fixed), or an issue that we are not even aware of, or even a code error on your side unless we know precisely what the issue is. A broad statement like "having trouble with page numbers" does not provide enough information for us to accurately identify the issue, so we do not have a simple answer for you for this one.
For this reason, we would recommend you to always download the latest version first, if the problem still occurs, try to create a small test project to demonstrate the problem. You can either send the project to us or post your test code here. If it is a problem with your code, usually we can spot it right away. If it is a problem on our side, we will try to reproduce it in our environment first. As soon as we can reproduce it, we should be able to find out the root cause and give you a solution. Remember we do not work on “can you try this” “can you try that” back and forth for 100 times mode. For simple questions about how to use our product (for example, how to switch portrait and landscape), we can give you answer right away. For issues that you run into while using the product, the first step is always to accurately reproduce/identify the issue. That way we can give you a clear definite answer instead of just guessing.
Thanks!

Gotcha. Thx for feedback... I gave you an abbreviated question since I thought perhaps you may already be aware of the topic and could respond based on prior knowledge.. since you are not aware of what I have referred to, then your reponse makes perfect sense... Suffice to say, that I do have the latest build installed now and most footer / paging issues seem to be resolved save one - ie, the footer seems to be limited to three lines n height. Obviously, I do not know why or if it is my code or yours... in ether event, I have made the three line height work for me (however, changing margins did not seem to matter in landscape)... thx again for your considerable response! Darrel

Hi,
You are very welcome. Thanks for understanding.
Now you have given a more detailed description of the problem, we can actually give you some pointers. We do not limit number of lines in the footer. However the top position of the footer is controlled by HtmlToPdf.Options.FooterHtmlPosition. If you move that up it should give you more footer space.
Thanks!
