For EO.Web Controls, you may receive the following error message after you upgraded to a new build:

License file '.....\eo_web.licx' is not valid for this build

This occurs because you are using a build that's newer than one year of your purchase date. We provide free upgrade for one year with all EO.Web Controls purchases. If you use a different version and the new build was made after one year of your purchase date, then you will receive this error. Note the one year restriction only applies to which build you can use. For all the builds you can use, the license file will work forever.

To resolve this issue, you can upgrade your license to the new version. We offer deep discount for upgrade orders. If you do not wish to upgrade, you can roll back to an older build. In that case please contact us so that we can provide you the download location of older builds.
