How do you set this up? I get the Warning message and would like to do this from Visual Studio but i'm not sure how to do so.

Just open up your project in Visual Studio and then drag our controls from Visual Studio's toolbox onto your form. Our installer automatically adds all controls into Visual Studio's toolbox.

for whatever reason it didn't add it with the install. I was able to manually add it though.

Yes. Sometimes VS refuses to do that during installation. But adding it manually should work fine. Thanks for the update.
