Greetings, I have an issue on one of my developer machines and I have the licensing information installed and configured, however, I keep getting the message that my trial version of EO has expired. Please advise...

Thanks,

Hi,

This usually happens when the version of your license key and the version you use do not match. You can use the version you purchased for life, but you will only receive new versions up to a year.

The new version you receive within one year may be just a different build in the same version you purchased; or it may be of a newer major version. For the latter case you will need to go to your account to get a new license key/file for the new version as every major version use different license key/files. The new license file and key should be free to you but with the following two restrictions:

1. It does not cover new controls. So if you use new controls in your project, you will still receive the license error;

2. It does not cover new builds made more than one year after your purchase date. You can use any builds before the one year cutoff date forever, but you won't be able to use any builds newer than one year;

To remove either restriction, you can place an upgrade order to upgrade to a full license of the newer version.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks!
