I have a license for Web Controls 2011. I have a page with 3 listbox controls. On my development workstation, everything is fine. When I view the page from the server, I randomly get an indication at the top of the web page that one of the listbox controls requires a license, referring to the listbox name:
"ListBox ctl00_ContentPlaceHolder1_lstHolders requires a license"
How do I keep this message from appearing? I have the eo_web.licx file in the sites BIN folder.

Hi,
You have a license for EO.Web Controls 2010, not 2011. 2010 does not cover ListBox. You can use 2011 based on your 2010 license because the order includes a free one year upgrade, but the upgrade does not cover new controls.
We can upgrade your 2010 license to 2011 license for $60. That will cover all new controls. Please let us know if you are interested in that.

What are the new controls other than the listbox?
How come during development I don't receive any message indicating the listbox is not licensed?

Hi,
The new controls are ListBox, ComboBox and Captcha. I believe the control does not display license message when you run on "localhost", however you will still receive design time license error during development once the trial period expires for those controls.
