Hi,

I'm having a problem with our most recent push of the EO controls from intranet to internet site. I upgraded to 2008 controls for a VS 2005 project. When we pushed the code to an internet site, it now gets the no license error. I have the license file in the root directory and the error only appears about 30% of the time. It's really inconsistant. Our order # is CP6729258F1O. Ideas?

Thanks,

Wayne

Hi,

That means your license is not working. The license message is only displayed randomly. So not seeing the license message 70% of the time does not mean your license is working 70% of the time. As soon as you see the license message once, it means your license is not working.

The license message should contain a license troubleshooting link. Follow that link and you will find step by step license troubleshooting guides. As soon as your license is not working, one of those steps will fail.

Thanks

Hi,

There is really nothing else we can tell you. : ) That's the ultimate license troubleshooting guide that has been there for a long time. As soon as your license is not working, one of those steps will fail. We have had many many users questioning that during the past, it always turned out to be one of those issues. : )

Thanks
