Dear Sir or Madam, We upgraded our version to 2011 and received the keys from you recently. Could you tell us how to generate the license file based on the key? Please let me know if you need further information. Thanks, Li Liu lliu@spectraenergy.com

Hi,
You do not generate the license file from the license key. These are two different pieces of information. You need to log into your account, then click "My Orders" to go to the order page, from there you will have access to the license information page. You can then download the license file from the "Redistribute Key" tab.
