Hi,
On the HTML editor, how can i edit the table row column or cell properties, so, I can
- set the width or height of a table column/row
- set the border for each row, column or cell
At the moment width, height and border settings are related to table.

You can only edit those properties in HTML view.

Hi,
Unfortunately no. We do not have any plan to add this. These options are rarely used so adding them will open the door to a lot of other rarely used options and resulted in a significant increase of the script size which would make a lot other user unhappy. If you really need these features, you can try to implement it with custom dialogs.
