How to handle domain name on public ip Options

i would like to connect with public ip which is situated at our premises , but our eo control is force to make connection through domain name , please give us any idea to do it.

That is false. We do not force you to use domain name or ip address.

For developer license, there is no restriction on domain name or ip address at all.

For standard license, you can use either domain name, host name or ip address. However you can only use one. For example, if you use ip address "1.2.3.4", then you can only access your app with that ip address as the host name portion of your Url.
