When I moved my app to my production machine I am getting extra columns in the header that have an ICON of with an X in it. like an image is missing. This has not happened before and I am not sure what triggered this in the new build. Any ideas?

Hi,
You can try to right click the red X, then click properties to get the full Url of the image. You can then try to access the full Url directly in your browser. That should give you more detailed error message about why it fails.
Thanks!

OK. I tried that but that is not possible. You cannot right click and the extra columns are not supposed to be there. It appears that they are inseret to the right of the seperator image for each column in the header.
It might be easier if I show you the image of what it looks like on dev machine and what it looks like on prod machine. Is that possible?

Hi,
Image is usually of very little use. If you can isolate the problem into a blank test page then give us access to the test page it might help. Please try to isolate the problem (removing all unrelated code/contents) first.
Thanks!

The application is very large and to skinny down, pear it back, reupload, retest, etc. will take a long time that I do not have right now.
The icon that looks like a missing image changes the cursor to the resize icon and allows resizing of the column. To the very right of this icon is the actual sizing image, however, the resize bar is present as well and it is shifted to the right.
Any ideas that would help me narrow this down would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Unfortunately we do not do this level of troubleshooting for our users. For simple problems we will be able to point you to the right direction immediately. However for complicated issues, we will not know the root cause until we debug into the problem. In order to do that, we always require our users to isolate and reproduce the problem first. This is necessary both to avoid abuse, and also to confirm whatever solution we come up will work for you. We do not do "can you try this", "can you try that" kind of troubleshooting. Sorry about that!
Thanks!
