about menu control for asp.net 2.0 Options

Dear Sir,

i am using menu control in asp.net 2.0 application without any template even free templates
msdn & style1.
simply i am using the menu control and using image url, image hover url and binding the menu items dynamically from access database.

please let me know, do it require any licence?
