Hi, I was developing an ASP.NET application using an evaluation version of EO. Today I decided purchases the product officially. I don't know why but, after executing the of my Developer Key activation, for which I received direct support from you, I had the problem below. The control EO images were not appears and the buttons are not available. How do I fix this? Plase, I need to fix this problem because tomorrow morning I have a application demo to my client? Thanks, Marcelo Camarate

Hi,
The problem does not have anything to do with the license. Please try to right click the image, select "property", then get the Url of that image, then try to open that Url in your browser directly and see if that gives you a more detailed error message.
Alternatively, you can also use a real image files. Our controls include a set of "built-in images". All the built-in templates use built-in images. A built-in image is represented by a number. For example, if you check your DatePicker's PopupImageUrl, you will see it is set to a number. You can change that number to a real image Url then the DatePicker will use the real image Url you specified. You can find all image files we use in a file called Images.zip in the application's installation folder.
Please feel free to let us know if you still have any problems.
Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I discover what was happening.
In my validation tests, I needed change the windows date to days prior to today, that was the day I purchased the EO. When I came back the date for today, worked fine.
I don't know if this can be considered a bug.

Hi,
I am glad that you got it working. However that does not make sense to us at all. The image should not have anything to do with the date.
If you believe it's an issue with the control, please try to isolate the problem into a test page and send the test page to us. We will be happy to take a look as soon as we have that.
Thanks!
