A month or so ago, I upgraded from EO.Web 2009 to 2010, got my 2010 license key, and activated it. Now license manager is warning me that I have 29 days to activate my 2010 license. Only my 2009 license is present in the license manager. It will not allow me to reenter my 2010 key because, of course, it's already been used.

What now? My order number is 2618737803.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi,

I checked your order and it appears that your 2010 key is NOT used. However you can only use either 2009 or 2010 key at any given time. So if you can just go ahead to remove your 2009 key from your License Manager, then you should be able to use your 2010 key.

You will also need to download a new 2010 license file from the license key page. Note the free upgrade is for one year only, which is closing for you in about a week. The new license file will not work for newer build made after the free upgrade period (it works forever for builds made before that. For example, it will work forever for the build that is currently on our download page). So you may want to download the current build if you have not done so yet, this build is probably the last build you will be able to upgrade to for free.

Thanks!
