Hi,

You will need to use EO.Web Controls 2009 instead of EO.Web Controls 2010. You will also need to go to your "My Orders" page to download a new license file for EO.Web Controls 2009. The license file should be free for you. Please see your private message for 2009 download location.

If you wish to use EO.Web Controls 2010, then you will need to place an upgrade order. The order would cover all new controls in 2009 and 2010 and give you another year of free upgrade.

Thanks!

SO why should I pay for something that you have now screwed up? I have several project now not working.

Hi,

We have posted EO.Web Controls 2010 yesterday. So before yesterday the latest version is EO.Web Controls 2009, today the latest version is EO.Web Controls 2010. When we told you to download the latest version we meant EO.Web Controls 2009. So EO.Web Controls 2009 is what you should be using and it should work for you.

You purchased EO.Web Controls 2008 and we are giving you EO.Web Controls 2009 for free. But 2010 is not free to you so you will have to pay if you wish to use 2010. When EO.Web 2008 was released VS2010 was not release yet so we do not guarantee it will work with any future .NET or Visual Studio versions.

Hope this clears up.

Thanks

That's why we said:

"You will also need to go to your "My Orders" page to download a new license file for EO.Web Controls 2009. "

Have you tried that yet?

Thanks

Hi,

There is a "View" link button under "License". Click that button to view your license information.

Thanks
