Hello, We are trying to cache the eo_web.ashx file using our IIS server. Right now what is happening is whenever we try to access our site it is kept on adding this eo_web.ashx file under "Temporary Internet Files" folder. Currently we have 5 files under this folder. Please let us know why it is performing like this? Is this a known issue?

Hi,
This is normal. eo_web.ashx is a generic handler used by us to do a lot of different things when different id argument is provided. So when you see five eo_web.ashx, they are not the same thing. They are different requests going through the same file with different arguments.
