AllowRenameFile and AllowDeleteFile doesnt work Options

When i open the FileExplorer, on the root folder doesnt work the AllowRenameFile and the AllowDeleteFile option. I can set the options to false but the user can delete files.

When i do a click to the root folder, the options are disabled. You can show the same effect on your example page. I use Internet Explorer 8
