Hi Team,
We have licensed version of EO.Web Calendar control. we have the licx file in bin still we see the pop-up message saying this is
DatePicker xyz requires a license . you can purchase a license from ..... message on top of my aspx page. We have two local servers who have this page where we use this calendar control. On one server it works fine while on other it sometimes shows this pop-up message. I have the key and licx file has some license id tag in it.
Can you tell me why does this come up?
Whats the logic of this license getting verified?
What do we need to do to avoid this?
The server where its working shows the licx has version 6 and where as the eo.web.dll shows file version as 7.0.47.2
Whats going wrong on the server where its not working?

Hi,
Your license file and your DLL version must be the same. So if you do not have a license file for version 7 (2009), you may need to place an upgrade order. Otherwise you can downgrade your DLL to version 6 (2008). Please let us know if you wish to do that so that we can provide the download link.
