I follwed the three steps on the original post:

1. Yes the file is in the bin directory of the application
2. Yes the license file is seen by the application after running your code snipit
3. This one is a little tricky considering your licese file is not plain text anymore but encrypted

I do not get the license file error when running on my local machine, however when I publish to the server and run the application I receive the error. All three steps listed above were performed on the apllication server. Plese help...this web site is in production and since upgrading to these controls (version 6.00 i have been receiving calls about this issue

Can you post the contents of the first few lines of your license file (do not post the signature line)?

Thanks!

Hi,

You may want to ask the person who placed the order for you to show you the actual license key page. There is a "Download License File" link which you would simply click to download the file. It's a plain text XML file. There should be no confusion or whatsoever once you see it. You had all these confusions because you hear half from us without seeing the other half, tell the other person who only sees his half and gives you something back that he thinks may work for you.

Thanks!
