Modal Dialogs in IE6 Options

I have a problem with modal dialogs in IE6 when the page is scrolled down. I have tested this with build 50 and 51. If the page is scrolled down (window.pageYOffset>0) the parent page inputs are accessible below the original bottom. I can type characters in the inputs. Above the original bottom the inputs will not accept focus.

If I use a back shade, it stops at the original bottom. This is not happening in FireFox 3.0.15. I am about to release my project that has been re-worked using your controls and I discovered this today.

Hi,

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "the parent page" and "the original bottom". Can you provide a test page with detailed step by step instruction?

Thanks!

1) Just create a page with an text input off screen at bottom (so you have to scroll down to see it).
2) Open a modal dialog
3) Scroll the page down putting the input in view

The problem is that the input scrolled into view is accessible even though the dialog is modal.

I was wondering what the status of this issue is. All my users are IE6 (Corporate internet). My project is to be promoted into production on Saturday.
