Cannot upload more than 48kb of file using AjexUploader Options

Hi There,
Ajax Uploader was running fine, but all of a sudden I cannot upload more than 48 kb of file. It shows 48318bytes and then stops. Any idea how it can happen all of a sudden. I tested on our production server and on test server, situation is same on both the servers.
